For me it is decision time on Edin - if we dont get a player who can supply Edin with crosses at some point then he is not the right option for us. Not to say he isnt good - just doesnt fit into our system.

For me we need a striker who can play with back to goal, hold it up. claver lay offs to runners all around him............

Zlatan would be perfect.

But as a back up ( Tin Hat time......) i would have a punt on Berbatov. And yes i am serious. He knows the league. Can score and i think in our team he would really do a good job.
 
I think that Eden Hazard will be signed asap, he is a quality player, would be able to play out wide or cover Silva when needed.

Not too sure what is gonna happen regarding a new forward, It could be one of many...but we IMO we also need cover for either Kompany or Lescott as we all know what occurred when the suspension and injuries kicked in.

Just hope that De Jong does not go, he is excellent when filling in at DM allowing Yaya to move forward.
 
To be honest the only change I'd like to see is two really good wingers coming in - fast, tricky, good crossers. Then, with Dzeko, we have a credible plan B (or A, depending on how well is works) for times when playing through the middle isn't working.

Another good central defender would be a bonus, I suppose, but Lescott has been great this season.

Van Persie and Hazard probably! I think he has said "or three" because he doesn't know what is happening with De Jong but if Van Persie comes in I can see him staying! Fingers crossed.
