I think Roberto is gettin' a bit carried away by the moment ...... either that or his sense of humour is second to none

sure Viera stood out against a Romanian side that didn't quite cut the mustard ......

but it's been a different ball game in Premiership matches , he struggles to keep up ......... Vieras best days have long gone ....... he still sweats a lot , but he's unable to make the imapact that he once did.

Despite the poor oppsoition(which we just can't win with-if we win,we should have..if we don't we're shite)I thought he looked far more mobile than he did last season.
A full pre-season under his belt has probably helped.
He won't play many games,I'm sure...but his passing is still absolutely superb.
And he's a brilliant influence and professional example for the younger players to learn from.
He's been there,seen it-and more importantly,won it.

As a player YaYa is our Vieira, but he hasn't got the same legendary status as him, but then nobody else does that is still playing!

Perhaps Pique (CH) at Barca could go on to achieve similar level of success when he signs for us next season - but he is certainly not Patrick Vieira.

Perhaps Moussa Sissoko or Fellaini could be possible targets for next season
