Unacceptable? No, thats a bit over-dramatic IMO. Improvements need to be made, and lessons need to be learned from this season. But calling the season unacceptable would take an ignorance of the fact that good clubs can have bad seasons. And it's how you react to a bad season that defines you as a club in a lot of ways.
I'd understand wanting to keep Hughes and wanting to keep Mancini, because you're arguing for stability. Wanting them both out because they're not good enough, fine. Wanting Hughes out because he was shite, but keeping Mancini because very few have a comparable record of success, I'm down with that as that's me. But keeping Hughes who's won fuck all, spent a ton and done nothing, over four titles Mancini? Fucking mental. Eating your own turds whilst wanking over Gail Platt's tits mental.
