Mancini's future

Seen it now on the OS Pam, it's too cheesy for my liking girl- why do we do this orchestrated shite all the time?

At least dopy Edin has aplogised- I'm more interested in what Pablo and Ivan have to say!

Pity our next game is an away fixture. And then we've got another fcuking tiresome international break before the Villa match. Typical.

Didn't Mancini says if it was up to him Tevez wouldn't play again?

But ultimately it isn't up to him, its up to the owners, so could that comment really be used against us in court?
No, it's upto him. A key part of his job description is picking the playing squad. So yes, it would stand up in court.

The only way to legally void the statement would be to dismiss Mancini. THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION ON MY PART, JUST AN OBSERVATION.

Maybe not such a bad thing Pam. It tends to be the hardcore and more vocal support that go to away games anyway plus the break will give everything and everyone time to get over this.

The only way Tevezs lawyer can void that statement is if they can prove that Tevez didnt refuse to play, if indeed Tevez did refuse to play he is in breach of contract thus giving Mancini cause to dismisss him.

Mancini didnt actually dismiss him with that statement though, Tevez has no right to expect to play only a right to train at the club and to get paid.

Other employment law specialists have already rubbishes that take on it.

That's what lawyers do. Argue semantics.

IF that's the truth, then on a personal level I've no problem with Mancini's comments.

Fair point but he still failed and that proves that a maneger with prem experince does not guarentee success.

No, it doesn't and I never said it did, but it is an enormous help. Had Roberto had it, he would never have made the mistake of trying Italian tactics and getting rid of good players who didn't fit the system. He's learning now, I think, but so much time and money has been lost while he's been feeling his way along.
The problem with Tevez goes back to Mancini's very early days at the Club and has led to the situation that we have with him now, possibly.

Whilst he is learning as you call it he has won the FA-cup and gotten us champions league football not a bad return if you ask me.

You seem eager to get rid of Mancini who would you repalce him with then?

With our player quality, he could have done better, imo.

Me, I'd like to see O' Neill at the Club. (fire away)

the international break is what we dont need now in my opinion.....it will mean the press have less to write about during the week and will therefore have time to make up more absolute dross and cause no end of shit and mischief for the club.....games would be a welcome distraction...especially if we got back to winning ways straight away
