mancini's patronising words

I'm not saying that managers don't make mistakes and sometimes some fans can see things the manager can't. I'm also not saying people can't have opinions on the manager but to suggest that because some fans are season ticket holders and spend money on buying tickets then they are capable of somehow being managers is insane.

I never suggested such a thing.

My point was the one that you have conceded in your first sentence above.

I can, and will argue with it.

Please also bear in mind I am a Bob fan....

I concede the point that we don't see training and attitude away from the ground however I have watched an enormous amount of Prem football more than Bob has.

Once Bob has selected the side and they take the pitch in front of my eyes and his then imo we are on a relatively level playing field, the game is on and if something is not working then changes within personnel or system need to be made.

Within 5 minutes of the game starting yesterday it was bleeding obvious that we were going to struggle to break them down, by half time it was unbelievably obvious that a change was required.

Just because Yaya was bought by Bob for 25mil and is on approx 200k per week shouldn't mean he is entitled to play the full 90 mins.

In my opinion RSC should have been on at half time with Carlos dropping in behind him whilst Milner and AJ attempted to get balls into the box.

Whether we would have won if different changes were made we will never know but certainly imo Bob got it wrong yesterday.

I disagree. We should never have brought RSC on. Boetang should have had a major bollocking and been told to get forward, with the ball, not fire crosses into an imaginary beanpole. Our wide men (as show by Milner on many an occasion), kept running into the overlap instead of looking, or making a move inside. If we can get Boetang and AK overlapping and they and Milner and Aj putting in hard low crosses, more goals will come. RSC is so badly crocked that he can't jump properly anymore, the knee won't take, so I feel Barry should have come on instead of RSC and our full backs and wide players need to sort out there understanding and communication.
I here Aaron Lennon maybe on the move, shame, a year ago you would have signed him in a heart beat.

The point I was making in my last post was in response to fathellensbellends point earlier and that is the subject I was still talking about.

Solid. As we used to say.

I'm wondering where all the people screaming for Johnson to get a start have all gone.

He was fantastic, wasn't he?..

But if you think I put four strikers on and we score four goals, it is not true.

"All supporters are like this, in England and Italy. I must think like a manager. We can play wide, get the ball into the box, then we can score.

"Supporters just think why don't you put more strikers in the box, two, three, four, five.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know or talk to any city fan who thinks like this, and to come out with crap like this is insulting.

you mr mancini earn a kings ransom, the fans part with a lot of money and deserve better than the dire spectacle that is currently on offer.
