Born in Ancoats and I lived on Pollard Street till 1972 then moved to the ourskirts I currently reside in Mossley. I remember all the industry and play area's around where the COMS is now anyone who emigrated in the 60s they would not know the place now, in my book a change for the better.

Stretford Memorial in 1959 and have been a blue since my uncle took me to The Blue Mecca way back in 1967.....my Dad was an avid Red though he never ever pressured me to going the same way....RIP Pop !!
