Got to be wind up.
If it's true then Mangala has to be a clever evil genius.
He would just do what he always has..run his contract down again and still leave for nothing. City have rarely done this even for good players why would they do this for the biggest mistake in our history?
You couldn't make it up but I think they have.

Isn’t he still injured!
He posted a recovery video on Insta with him running etc. following 5 months in Barcelona getting fit again. He's probably still in rehab, but it doesn't look like he's too far off.
A club could take a punt on him, but I do feel like he's just going to end up leaving on a free. We'll see.
