I think we were relaxed with Zinchenko leaving or not. We put a bid in for Cucurella and it wasn't accepted, if we were as desperate as some think then we would have bid more.
We may yet sign a LB and we will never know if Cucurella will be better or not.
He would be in the Ukraine team even with him sitting on our bench, so that's irrelevant.They way zinchenko was upset, I don't think he didn't want to be here. He would have got enough playtime with world cup and all
I understand he wants to be playing week in week out, so he should, he is too good to be getting splinters, but he leaves when it suits us, IE when a replacement is in.
