Is it? He goes down as a 60m transfer, and Danilo as a 30m transfer. You can argue his fee was 31m if we got 1m for Danilo. Doesnt change anything. But as I understand it bith clubs reported them as a 60m and 30m transfers.

We bought Danilo for £26.5m on a 5 year deal. He’d be worth £21m on our books when we sold him.

Anything else is accountancy balance. He’s down as a €37m part exchange on Wikipedia, which seems €10-15m too high.

I’ll say more than a bit!

We paid £28m for Cancelo, and we received £32m for Danilo. They were two transfers in the same window for two players in the same position done between the same two clubs, but they were two seperate transfers.

We didn’t give Juve £28m plus Danilo thrown in out of the kindness of our hearts, we recieved the £32m for Danilo.
