I used to be a fan of Potter but not after your team tried to kick us off the pitch (think it was before the CL final) and he behaved like a prick on the sidelines. He apologised afterwards but I don't think the City hierarchy were impressed.
However the way your side demolished the Rags last season playing fast-flowing possession football was hugely impresssive..even against such weak opposition..so the jury is still out on Potter long-term. I also believe Brighton is one of the best-run clubs in English football on and off the pitch so Potter must take some credit for that along with Bloom.

With regards to Potter and Bloom, yes 90% of the footballing world and all the media were against sacking Houghton, some even questioning we were racist for doing it. Some even said that Brighron should not be in the premier league and how dare we dream of progressing every year. We should have stayed with Houghton and fight relegation every year playing bland football with a tactic of dont concede a goal.

Was at the game didnt see us kicking you but thats just my opinion, dont know if was the same game where Leporte tried to go through a Brighton player when he got injured, i think if he wasnt injured he would have had a red card.
Nice to see Potter giving it some on the sidelines, hes normally to passive.

What Bloom will do is try and insert a buy out clause in the new contract. £50mill or some other stupid figure. Meaning City will think twice. If Cuckoo stays another season, and if he has another good season, City or another club will have to pay the buy out clause next season. Bloom is playing a blinder.

Not sure if wumming.

The Seagulls have now posted losses of over £270 million in their four completed seasons as a top flight club. That puts them into the top 10 loss making clubs in Premier League history
"It is worth mentioning those eyewatering figures regarding the total investment of Bloom in the Albion again. In 2020-21, he lent the club a further £33 million, taking the total amount he is owed by Brighton to nearly £427 million."
https://www.wearebrighton.com/newso...worth mentioning those,to nearly £427 million.

Realistically, you need the money from a Cucurella transfer
