Congratulations, that’s brilliant for genuine Brighton fans as nobody wants parasites in football. It doesn’t change the fact you live in a town full of plastics who will stop following Brighton as soon as you go down.

Maybe I’m wrong and they’re all proper fans, fans who boo the team after a draw at home whilst sitting in the top ten.
Bumped into my media outlet source this afternoon about this player. He said that it’s just speculation atm. There will be a player unveiled next week and a big rumour about sterling going. So nothing new then..

They make a good point. Why didn't WE sign him from Barcelona if we thought he was that good. ( Oops forgot we had Mendy).
We don't very often take risks with unproven talent.
We'd rather let someone else take the risk and pay them a bit extra if or when we like what we see.
It's the reason why we sell so many of our academy products with buy back clauses.

if pep wants him at all costs then the txiki/sorriano will be paying £40-50M...i hope we will promote kabore as a back-up for Walker...Zinny and Cancelo are good enough...Cucu is a luxus signing

If Pep wants him at all costs, Tkixi will be paying £40-50B!

Yep! Could be why quite a few of the talented youngsters are being sold? City may have fancied say paying £30-40m max but end up paying £50m including add ons so sell a few talented youngsters to make up the difference in the books. Getting done next week imo

Can't blame Brighton wanting a top price. If we want him pay them or move on.
What other club plays a right back and midfielder in an important role of left back which we need all the more to service Harland now.
Correct he’s Brighton’s player and they can demand what they want for him

its up to us to either pay or move on

I really don’t think Cucurella would be liking social media posts so obviously about our new signings etc if things weren’t happening behind the scenes. I think it’s done within 2 weeks max
It’s not unheard of…Kane certainly behaved like a move was inevitable.

Footballers are human and can make silly mistakes particularly as they live in a bubble where everyone tells them they are great.
