How does that affect your theory that if the player wants a move he gets it?
Okay theres no player power and they dont get what they want nowadays ,lets leave it at that ,pretty sure at man city if u want a move, pep lets u have it no problem,so yer pretty sure it exists pal

We have to bear in mind Ake was only two years into his contract so if it was a 5 year deal we may have only paid £16m of the £40 he cost. Cucurella would be a similar amount and Brighton could ask for the cash up front, it’s not simple with FFP but with Agent’s fees it’s never a case of sell one player for £50m and buy another for £45m and make a profit, let’s leave the net spend trophy to the Dippers.

The noises around this deal have been strange since day 1. First we where apparently waiting for Sterling now pol is saying ake deal holding it up. Once Sterling is confirmed we have 2 squad spaces spare and have brought in huge fees as you rightly highlight.

Something about this deal just doesn’t seem right.
Just don’t believe everything you read then lol

Both contract will be amortized over the life of the contract for FFP regardless of how they are actually paid so. We will book a profit on Ake and pay for Cucurella over 5 years. Your right on the 16 million figure agents fees I think will have been paid last year could be split over the life of the contract don’t think they will be that big a factor
