I don’t think Chelsea have anything to beat in terms of City. I think we have gone.

We'll know shortly they brief pretty quick when they've left the table if other teams are still at it.

City have left Brighton high and dry with an unhappy player who only wants City and now they are desperately trying to drum up interest so they can save face and bin their unhappy player.

Disagree, we paid Grealish release clause because we wanted him and Villa wouldn’t accept any less. We may feel we can still negotiate here or if it’s become too much just walk away. It’s like me walking in a shop and thinking a thousand pound telly is worth 500 quid. We obviously have our own valuation of him but the only thing that matters is the sellers valuation

It's obviously not the only thing that matters if they're (now) wanting over £50m and we deem him overpriced as we'll walk away (and by all accounts already have). It works both ways.
