In my opinion bud you’ve posted sensible, insightful content and most importantly been respectful. I for one think posters like you make this forum a richer place.

The less could be said for the recent migration of your fellow counterparts.

Well my friend let me spell it out for you City have sold Zinchenko because a deal for a left back has already been agreed
It could be your boy or maybe another player
Look at the sales and deals City have made this Summer alone
It looks like your master negotiator may have something to learn
I remember the Locadia deal a few seasons ago
Anyway we only want your left back at this moment in time so maybe chill a little
I can understand you getting frustrated when Pep leaves and we come for your manager (wink wink x)

Why do these idiots keep repeating that he's a poker player? I think we're all aware of that by now although damned if I can see the relevance. Do they think we're run by clowns?

I get they are pissed off if we take their player of the season
However that’s football and life I’m afraid
We have been much further down the food chain and experienced the same pain
 
This deal feels like one of those that will happen after the first couple of games of the season, with the player finally getting his wish but the selling club dragging their heels.

I don’t like to mention his name but the Milner deal from Villa had a similar feel.

I want City to have a reputation for selling cheaply. Let other Clu s think they will always get a.bargain and our crop of Academy City Certified players together with more seasoned but not needed players will convert to cash.

What would you rather have, a fan owning the club-Bloom, or Sheikh Mansour buying a club?

As a City fan I would rather have 17 trophies since Sheikh Mansour bought the club.

Challenging for the PL title, the CL, and the domestic cups every season.

Having Pep as City manager.

Buying some of best players in the world

Watching some of the best players in the world.

Watching some of the best football in the world.

No debt, profit.

The Etihad, the CFA, the regeneration of East Manchester.

Taking on the Red shirts, their owners, UEFA, beating them and seeing them off.

Etc,

You can keep Bloom, a Brighton fan.

Debt.

A mid table finish season after season.

Short cup runs with no cups.

Finding a decent player every now and again, and knowing Bloom will sell him eventually to another PL club. It doesn't have to be City.

Etc.

And the knowledge and acceptance that the above will happen season after season and there's nothing you can do about it.

One day Sheikh Mansours Son's who are City fans will own City.
