Sorry i know its strange to reply to my own post but just to clarify. I applied to join this forum for the above reasons and was granted. I worded the above quote wrong by putting invited.
I hope none of my replies have been out of order. Just here to try to add to what is generally a good debate but if they have i appologise. If you want me to stop posting then i will.
Do you really think a multi billion pound club/company don’t know how to negotiate ?Hehe. No, but we know how he works! You showed your hand way too early, the fact that you desperately want a left back won’t be helping you. Remember Bloom is a poker player and quite frankly, he’s holding all the aces on this one. I wish you all the best whatever the outcome.
We're not desperate for anything pal, we'll still be challenging if we don't make anymore signings. Hope that helpsHehe. No, but we know how he works! Why do these idiots keep repeating that he's a poker player? I think we're all aware of that by now although damned if I can see the relevance. Do they think we're run by clowns?Do you really think a multi billion pound club/company don’t know how to negotiate ?
Well my friend let me spell it out for you City have sold Zinchenko because a deal for a left back has already been agreed
It could be your boy or maybe another player
Look at the sales and deals City have made this Summer alone
It looks like your master negotiator may have something to learn
I remember the Locadia deal a few seasons ago
Anyway we only want your left back at this moment in time so maybe chill a little
I can understand you getting frustrated when Pep leaves and we come for your manager (wink wink x)
I know it’s madness isn’t itWhy do these idiots keep repeating that he's a poker player? I think we're all aware of that by now although damned if I can see the relevance. Do they think we're run by clowns?
Never felt the need to go on another forum though to pretend I know the factsI know it’s madness isn’t it
I get they are pissed off if we take their player of the season
However that’s football and life I’m afraid
We have been much further down the food chain and experienced the same pain
To be fair, I don’t mind flappy fanny lips…… given the right contextFlappy fanny lips all over the show from both sides on this thread.
It’ll get done.

How’d you know?Transfer request incoming.
Milner? Who is this Milner you speak of?This deal feels like one of those that will happen after the first couple of games of the season, with the player finally getting his wish but the selling club dragging their heels.
I don’t like to mention his name but the Milner deal from Villa had a similar feel.
I want City to have a reputation for selling cheaply. Let other Clu s think they will always get a.bargain and our crop of Academy City Certified players together with more seasoned but not needed players will convert to cash.Great post, also it's always thrown at us that we inflate transfer fees, yet other clubs set unrealistic prices whilst we set more than reasonable ones.

Fan ownership has done Barca no harm…Which Brighton fan posted this?
What would you rather have a fan owning the club or Sheikh Mansour?
As a City fan I would rather have 17 trophies since Sheikh Mansour bought the club.
Challenging for the PL title, the CL, and the domestic cups every season.
Having Pep as City manager.
Buying some of best players in the world
Watching some of the best players in the world.
Watching some of the best football in the world.
No debt, profit, etc.
The Etihad, the CFA, the regeneration of East Manchester.
Taking on the Red shirts, their owners, UEFA, etc, beating them and seeing them off.
Etc,
You can keep Bloom, a Brighton fan.
Debt.
A mid table finish season after season.
Short cup runs with no cups.
Finding a decent player every now and again, knowing Bloom will sell him eventually to another PL club. It doesn't have to be City.
Etc.
And the knowledge and acceptance that the above will happen season after season and there's nothing you can do about it.
One day Sheikh Mansours Son's who are City fans will own City.

Whst was the question again from a Brighton fan!
Sorry for the late reply oakie. There’s a list of about 15 or 20 of them on a pole on this site, not to mention all the others that Bluemooners haven’t thought of but the manager probably has.Care to mention who else ??
And Milner scored on the opening day for Villa... would be alright if Cucurella did likewiseThis deal feels like one of those that will happen after the first couple of games of the season, with the player finally getting his wish but the selling club dragging their heels.
