Harsh as this sounds but I will not be surprised to see him playing in the Qatari League in the next couple of seasons.

what if he pitches up at Arsenal first?

-- Fri Feb 14, 2014 8:16 pm --

What a fucking wanker he is
Its not like you to take things at face value Pidge.

that video is a little bit of cheeky fun & I laughed, although you can easily understand exactly what Mourinho's main criticism of him was all about from just these few seconds of tape, ehehehe

He always acts like an idiot to deflect his own limitations as a footballer - it worked on a lot of our fans last year who thought he was some tormented genius.

He's not, he's a tormented player who makes is in the Top 20 strikers in the world and frankly was never worth the hassle. Negredo has been streets ahead of him on and off the pitch. Balotelli is one of those players who when he puts in an excellent 8/10 performance, fans get giddy and call it a 10/10 - see the way people talked about him after the semi-final victory over United.

The funny thing about that comment is that's EXACTLY how I feel about Samir Nasri and his perception from fellow blue mooners

So that's another ex-player who has been ridiculed and ripped apart by the Bluemoon brains trust for having the audacity to have a personality and a bit of flair who left us with some fond memories, whether that be for good or bad reasons.
I wonder if fans of other clubs have 58-page-and-counting threads which in the main tear their old boys a second starfish?
We don't really need rags taking the piss out of our players when we're this fucking good at doing the job for them.
What next - 'Bobby Johnstone - He Liked The Odd Beer?'
'Stan Bowles - He Occasionally Went In The Bookies?'
'Colin Bell - The Crack Habit Revealed?'
Seriously, some of the stuff on here is simply embarrassing and sad.
Mario is and was multi-faceted - capable of greatness, and capable of being a pain in the arse.
As we all are.
So can we possibly save the hatred for a more worthy recipient, such as a rag, rather than one of our own who wore the shirt?

Spot on, Sir.

Who passed the ball for that Agüerrrooooooo goal?

Maybe Nasri in some games but think he's been absolute quality for a while now. I'd say Nastasic is the new example. If Lescott has an unspectacular game that's that, if Nastasic has a similarly quiet game against some bottom 10 team's one man strikeforce - he's the new Beckenbauer :)
