That handball decision clearly exposed his incompetence. He saw it and signalled that he saw it. Then let an assistant that didn't see it overule him.

Milner chests the ball and a handball is given purely on crowd influence. There was no way he could see it or the linesman.

Whereas the goalkeeper handballs it outside the box in much clearer view nothing given.

Not blaming him for the result which I am quite happy with tbh but he could not wait to book our players.

what's the betting that the coven of dippers on MOTD2 spend the whole match review on the Mario pantomime villan thing ("Can Mancini hold all these egos together ?"" etc etc etc) and totally ignore the Reiner incident.

My wife says to me, what can you do, everyone even the refs and commentators have their favorite teams so they're naturally going to be biased for them.

This is really frustrating to me coming from America. We know everyone has their favorites, but here at least they are fair and unbiased when either reffing/commentating a match in sports. They do that because IT'S THEIR JOB! THEY ARE PAID TO BE UNBIASED! And it just pissed me off watching world football and seeing the crookedness of it on display over and over again and nothing is ever done about it.

It would be nice if Mario had put his brain into gear, the first booking gave Adams the perfect opportunity to deliver into the box and nearly finished up in the back of the net. He gave away a needless free kick, come on Mario lets use the grey matter.

All things considered a good point.I think we are in our rocky period at the moment.A few players off key,teams trying everything to stop us at all costs,but we are still grinding out results.It is games like this when titles are won.A hostile crowd,an easily influenced referee, ten men for the last ten minutes,not firing on all cylinders but getting a point.

This instils belief and build our team spirit stronger.Don't forget both Chelsea and United lost here.Let us hope our form and flowing football return soon.
