both the telegraph and the mirror have gone with the 100m "war chest" headline so maybe there is something in that, especially with their new owner on board adding on to the premier league cash.
i have a feeling if he has assurances that the likes of lukaku and barkley etc... will stay, he could be influenced into a move.

I think Klopp is a good manager but getting to the Europa League final is definitely not a remarkable achievement.
