We have ot be realistic and understand that, for many countries, it's not always the best system.
so give me an example of a specific country and a system that suits it better

Where is the evidence for this?
The flights took place eight days after 9/11 not before.
The Bin Laden family are establishment figures within Saudi Arabia, owners of a multinational construction conglomerate and among the richest non royals in the kingdom.
Osama was the black sheep of the family.
PB puts across a good precis about the historical value and possible reasons for todays issues in Afghanistan. This is a long-standing issue but you seem not to debate the issues but cast blame?
I, personally, cannot understand this as this is the last thing needed. Whether the wests stance is for political gain or for security reasons, it doesn’t really matter, people are going hungry.
Can the West trust the Taliban to put food in peoples mouths or have they already proved that they can’t be trusted?
There’s only one way to deal with this and that is getting supplies to the people via aid agencies, circumventing the powers that would use those funds for other means.
I don't remember it being 8 days after. From what I understood it was before the atrocity. It was a long frigging time ago, so I would have to look for that information again.
And I wasn't intimating the Bin Laden family were involved per se. What I am saying is that the US intelligence/ Gov knew what was going to happen and let it in order to do what they did in the ME with 'forthright justification'.
They wanted a reason for long time.
The word ‘conflating’ comes to the fore. You tell me that I don’t understand when I have first hand experience of this around the world. The historical value is useless at this point as it has no relevance to '9/11', but you don't seem to understand that!
Are you suggesting the US were designated 'peacekeepers' in the ME?
So why leave if that was the righteous cause?
Bigga trust me it was afterwards. I Googled it (as I almost always do for claims like this) and there wasn't even an article fact checking a claim that they left prior to the attack.
Why do you think they wanted an excuse to invade Afghanistan?
Why was it important to American interests before 9/11?
Are you not getting confused with Iraq?

Whether I’m trying to debate with a ‘Bot’, or trying to understand the real issues in Afghanistan, I realise that you are not the person I should be having a chat with.
Bigga, the Taliban didn't exist in the 1970s.No, not getting US interests in the ME confused. Maybe the Bin Laden family and as I said it was a long time ago and I never revisited it.
The US training the Taliban (what I thought was in '78 was in '73 onwards after I Googled it) was always meant to be a foothold into the region and slowly influence it whilst having a strategic position to hold against the Russians.
Many countries have no real experience of democracy. China is probably the best example. It used to be what Afghanistan is now; a country in name only, ruled by competing warlords and in an almost permanent state of civil war. Now, despite its faults, it's stable & economically successful. Moreover the overwhelming majority of Chinese people are happy with the political situation.so give me an example of a specific country and a system that suits it better
