They can't consider RAGS Title rivals and they have already played them twice, cup tied if they were to meet in CL and their title rivals still have to play RAGS, Arsenal and Us, so it wouldn't hurt them to help strengthen rags

Just like I sad on the night Chelsea had beaten them, Mourinho is about short term success and he thinks Mata can help Rags to take some points from City and Arsenal as Chelsea already played them twice. I was expecting loan deal though.

I think a loan deal is more likely as you suggest.
In the short term it would work in Chelsea's favour. Can't see an outright sale as the last thing Mourinho wants is to help the rags be stronger next season.
