It´s cruel and disgusting. And obviously people are going to have strong opinions on something so extreme.

I live in Spain and i respect many of their ´traditions´ but this one, I just can´t.

I can´t believe it´s still allowed to take place - the most unbelievable thing is that i can turn on the TV on my break from work, and it´ll be on at least 3 channels, for anyone to watch.

You mean steeped in a rich marinade of exotic herbs and spices overnight in the fridge then roasted in a medium oven, served in its own jus and slathered in English mustard? I'm with you BTP, using strong mustard on marinaded meat is just so wrong.

Totally seperate issue really but the slaughter of any animal for food consumption should be done in the quickest possible way for me.

There is a growing animal rights movement in Spain but it's going to take a very long time before they get anywhere I would imagine.
