Do you think they will want the piece of Maine Rd pitch I got when we beat Charlton 5-1?

I bet it was because I think someone let off a blue smoke bomb up in 110 at the final whistle.paulchapo said:On the subject of police, after the game when everyone was celebrating and back in the stands, why were the police filming the fans in the South stand near the corner flag?
It looked like the sort of filming you see them do on political demonstrations and it struck me as really odd why they would be doing this.

Oh do piss off... go to the papers and the club will be painted in a bad light. These stories never come across good and it will just be another thing for the club to clean up. I despair at the stupidity of some blues. The guy with his broken leg, the "teacher" just last week selling her story to The Sun about the Tevez poster. Now some kid wants to go to the paper about stealing the match ball and the club taking it back off him.

Who says it was Mr Fletcher who involved the police? Why could it not have been Mr Fletcher who, after finding out that someone had involved the police, who said this is daft let's just get the ball back and take it no further?
Why immediately does everyone think that it is Mr Fletcher's fault? It could have been anyone in the club.
Just MHO.

thats not how bluemoon works. try this.
"i'm not sure he "stole" the ball"
my fellow bluemooner.
It doesn't mate I said it was Fletcher as the guy at work said it was him. He knows sod all about City but knowing I'm a City fan was telling me the story. He mentioned Fletcher not me, I'm passing on what he told me, now if someone was making this up to tell me why use his name if he doesn't even know who he is? It seems I'm been berated for passing a story on even though it's now been reported in both the MEN and BBC.Eccles Blue said:I admit that I haven't read all 12 pages of this thread but have read quite a few so............... where in the MEN article does it mention Mr Fletcher's name?
