We look disjointed in 2 important groupings- the center back pairing and the center forward pairing. Sunderland have defended well, they have experience in defending against City especially now that they have something to defend. It is up to the team and Pellegrini to up the tempo, make the necessary, I mean necessary changes to the team and we will finally get a break through.

All in all a waste of 45 minutes. This was never going to be an easy match as people here seem to think. It is a cup final so it is all about fighting to get the win at the end of the day.

c'mon City!!
 
Might be tempted to bring on Navas for dzeko. Leave negredo for a little while longer. Might be too much for aguero to play a ful game.
 
I can't believe the pasting that MDM is getting from everyone. It's making me sick - it's verging on a witch hunt. That goal conceded was kompanys fault or am I the only one who can see this?
 
Can't see why DM is getting a lot of comments. It was Vinny who made a mess up of the goal. Sunderland deserve a lot of credit.
 
Negredo should play with Kun and Navas should come in to offer width to break their packed defence.
