Time to start rectifying that awful trend.

It would be better if we didn't game to rectify in the first place and not concede 2 goals when we have a lead.

We've shit the bed a bit here and Newcastle have taken advantage. The ref allowed them to bully us early doors and bottled a red card. Plus their keeper is having a Worldie.

I think we've got enough to turn this round, and Pep will have a plan.

Most of that is true but their keeper having a worldly is wide of the mark.

I think the biggest problem is the players dont look like they know what they are doing with this system.

Playing inverted Fullbacks with Cancelo and walker was asking for it against 2 wingers who have ripped them a new arsehole.

Pep will have to change it or we are going to lose, and by a few more goals.

We’ve been tactically out thought on this one, easy to blame the players.

Bad 1st halves happen every now & then. This is not over yet...

I’m worried too many players well below standard. Newcastle won’t drop off but we need at least 8 players to up their game by at least 75%

Well i think its early nerves but he doesn't look comfortable back to goal or tight..Foden should have crossed regardless but surely having played at any level..foden looked to second guess as he had about 3% doubt..enough for opportunity to cross being taken away. Ive always said on here a CF will probably hamper us more than it would benefit...time will tell. I perdonally loved falsd 9..harfly any VAR close calls compared to others who had one.

Poor after we scored we got sloppy with our passes but Newcastle were putting a lot of pressure on our right side getting us rattled! The first 20mins this half going to be crucial!

The defending has been shite but Pep will be equally as pissed off at not squaring to an unmarked Haaland 5 yards out for 2 tap-ins. We score then it’s game over. Our best games are when we get ahead early. Our record after being behind at HT is appalling so a big test now
