Possibly our worst 45 minutes of the season , thank f*c KDB decided to wake up and put one on a plate for big man , lethargic doesnt even begin to describe that first half.
We need to kick-on now , Southampton are not going to change they will just try and stay in the game , its a good job we are playing the bottom of the league a better team would have punished us for our lack lustre first half display

Not as bad as the last time we played Soto , or as we were against Everton just before the world cup.

This season we’ve tended to struggle against the low block teams.

Feared the worst after 10 mins when we were playing triangles with Ederson.

These lot will now have to come out to play.

Very lacklustre half with only Grealish and Ake looking bothered. KDB, Mahrez and Gundogan all poor initially but KDB started to get his act together that last 10 mins.

Need to pick up the pace a bit 2nd half and try and get another goal or two. Perhaps bring Bernardo and Alvarez on for Mahrez and Gundogan for a bit more energy.

All their space has been down our right, time to go back to an authentic back four now we’re one up, give Mahrez a rest for Tuesday, this game isn’t for him, maybe Julian to squeeze Bazunu, who takes one touch too many
