Match Tickets - 2021/22

Ok so need some guidance please, ive just bought two adult tickets for the Norwich home game, I’ve selected my email address for both tickets, can I then transfer one of the tickets to my brother or will they both be downloaded to my wallet/iphone and if so what’s the deal at the turnstile? Any advice much appreciate.

For Everton there was a link for each ticket. So you would select one and forward the entire email and the other can be selected by someone else.

Rubbish. Me and my daughter have two season cards but have frozen for this season. Now won't allow us to buy Citizen Card or tickets for Arsenal. Suppose you might say " serves us right". Packing it all in now.

You spoken to them? I think that error of not letting Citizens memberships be added to deferred accounts has been quite common and has been rectified over the phone

Apologies if this in on the wrong Forum but does anyone know if/when Away tickets will be announced for the Spurs game ?

I deferred our season tickets for this season but have had to pay£ 70 to become match day citizens for me and my daughter. I thought that previously the forum stated that you were automatically a citizen member even if you deferred. Does anyone have a definitive answer please.

Fairly sure deferred s/c do need to buy a cityzen menbership to buy match day tickets in the priority window and get the discount. Think @tolmie's hairdoo confirmed it.

They will send an e-mail, presumably just before the game. with a link to download an e-ticket.

I managed to purchase ticks for Burnley and West ham games .I'm now trying for villa and Palace I go all the way through the process put my card details in click pay and it says authentication error can someone advise me on what the problem cd be thanks in advance.
