I think he will be a very solid signing.

He is good with the ball in tight spaces, he can drive forward with the ball as well....he is also a very hard worker which we know Pep loves so he will buy into Peps philosophy straight off. He aint a goal scorer but one of the players I love the most (Berarndo Silva) aint a regular goal scorer either. And he seems to have the correct personality as well - which we know is absolutely key to what Pep wants....a winner, doesnt complain, no drama surrounding him etc etc.

Not all signings can be galactico superstars and that doesnt work anyway or not for long due to too many egos.

He is also premiership proven so even though he will take time to adapt to what Pep wants he wont have to adapt to the premiership itself.
 
Not really a shiny new toy of Bellingham proportions, but he along with one of Gundogan or Bernardo should be ok enough for the midfield. The wings will need to be stronger, but Foden and Mahrez might play more as these two were the mainstays in the first half of this season.

Think he will surprise a few next season, that Chelsea squad is a shitshow with an unbalanced team on the pitch, he'll go up a level once Pep has got hold of him.
 
Looks like the Chelsea rebuild will be massive, and they've learnt the harsh way this season as well, gonna be very tricky. (without Europe as well) but I believe for instance Caicedo would go there anyway.
