Well didn't he play in Germany or Holland, that's not exactly up north is it.

Wolves is 45 min on train
Both of which were on a temporary basis and not re locating permanently. Either way he won’t be going to Wolves so you can either accept it or keep sulking. The lad wants Sheffield and is under contract at City so he can do as he pleases :)

Am sure if Sheffield put up the money we would sell to them but seems they want him on loan
That’s the current situation, yes. City can then decide wether to keep him and utilise him as they wish or loan him. Tommy is comfortable with either scenario.

I know somebody close to Tommy Doyle. He isn’t keen on going to Wolves. Wants to go back to Sheffield United and stay ‘up north’.
An hour down the M6 from Sandbach. It's hardly Cardiff of Hamburg. If anything, it's closer than Sheffield, so that makes zero sense.

Manchester City have yet to make a second offer for Matheus Nunes.

He will have to reach €70M to sign the Wolves footballer.

Wolverhampton will try to get Tommy Doyle, City's youth squad, but it is a parallel negotiation to that of Nunes.

if we have backed away from the Eze bid then its safe to assume that this one is going to take up more of the budget and is deemed more necessary than a forward type player.

thats basically a rehash of whats been reported but the amount in euros not pounds, 70m euros is roughly 60m pounds

also i think its an 80m pound player who would be a stopgap for 3-4 months until kev comes back and that would be a problem

I think we would have done an attacking player anyway to be honest as KDB isnt getting any younger? I think though the Nunes signing is eating maybe £20m more than the club hoped out of the budget?
