Have the feeling this lad will be a monster signing - give it a year or two but he´s good enough now to fill in in the PL and CL. Komps form is the real prob atm

He doesn't boss the players around him like Kompany & Lescott do. He will be a good player but his And Maicon's introduction has badly disrupted our defence - formally the best in the Prem. At the moment our defending is certainly missing Lescott's bullying.

Whatever we do we need to play a settled defence playing the same formation every game for at least a month.

we need to get Lescott back in the side in place of this guy, he's a deer in the headlights and a small upgrade on Savic at best. How many times has he given it away in dangerous areas?

What games have you been watching mate? Nasty has just fallen into a team playing poorly, he can hardly be blamed for us struggling.

I was suspicious considering he wasn't even an automatic first choice at Fiorentina, toiled a bit against Kenny Miller against Scotland. I appreciate he's been thrown in difficult games when he's still a novice, but hasn't done much anything to ease my concerns. Same happened last year when Mancini suddenly dropped Lescott away to Bayern for Kolo, and Kolo was hopeless again. Lescott was excellent for much of last season. Mancini is losing the plot I reckon.

Once he established his place at Fiorentina he kept it. I was there live watching the Scotland game, and whilst he wasn't that great against Scotland I wouldn't say he struggled - he was over aggressive and fouled more than he should have. Miller wasn't running rings around him.

As for some people claiming he loses the ball a lot. Are you nuts? He made 100 passes against Dortmund, at 19 the new guy in the team and he's making the most passes on the team. Pretty impressive I would say. Also, the only reason he lost so many passes was because he was the one passing direct to the strikers because the midfield wasn't making themselves available. If you watch the first half again and see whilst Garcia was on the pitch the difference in his distribution was clear.

I'm not saying he has been world class since being at City, he is 19 and has stil a lot to learn but barring one or two mistakes he was the best defender against Dortmund.

I take it people saw the Rags centre back 'prospects' against Chelsea.. and I hope he doesn't get any older because I doubt I'll ever tire of saying it..

He's 19 FFS!! Bloody silly. Love this kid.

Really impressed with him today, always looking for the short pass and very good in the air. Like lescott but I think nastastic is much better with the ball.
