How ironic our next League game is against West Ham, is a song for Karren thread going to appear? Karren Brady,who worked for the Sport Newspaper, an apparent soft porn publication which should have been at odds with her Catholic heritage (my late dad a devout Catholic wouldn't even have The News of the World in the house).The scenario could be repeated whereby a Sheihk purchases an English Premier League club (who have moved into a purpose built Athletic Stadium),promises to invest in the club and a run down area of the City.The dilemma arises thus do I resign protesting about the unfair advantage this would give the football club and avoid being tagged a noisy neighbour or do I go against my preaching,don my thick skin, ingratiate myself with the new owners to convince them I'm the best person to run the club and the only thing I ask (apart from an increased salary, because after all these people have more money than sense) is time off each day to go do Old Beetroot heads bidding in the House of Lords and claim my less immoral 300 quid a day.

I don't take a blind bit of notice of what she comes out with, sounds like a typical rag and is neck deep in shenanigans.

Brady originally worked in advertising, for Saatchi then for LBC, selling advertising time on the network. The oft-peddled story is that she tracked down Sullivan at home and impressed him so much (chortle, chortle) that he gave her all his advertising business and insisted she managed the account. The truth is slightly less flattering as Sullivan was already a friend and major client of her father. Her star has been hitched very firmly to Sullivan since then.

Infer something positive and others will accept it as having truth and substance.Spin then becomes the norm and we have a situation where for so called services rendered the reward is elevation to a bloated elite body agreeing and voting with a convicted criminal on important national issues with the moral high ground vanishing faster than Usain Bolt.
