The recent attacks on Haaland by the Daily Mail have become ridiculous. Re-publishing articles from French newspapers attacking him before the Real Madrid game is just absurd and today they have doubled down on the Keane comments with further comments from Neville and Carragher. The UK is a very toxic place these days and the media (social and mainstream) is fuelling all the hate. There is no attempt at any balance.

it very much looks like after they realised trying their level best to get rid of Pep has failed. attention has turned to a striker who only averages a goal a game. It would also help if some fans didn't join in on the bandwagon either - Haaland is not built for high intensity pressing and yes his touch could be better for sure but I do think his link up play is better than last season. A criticism I would make of our team is at times we move the ball too slowly/take extra passes when possibilities for chance creation are there and with Haaland heavily marked it can men he's not involved too much.
