@Bozzie huh, amateur. You're going on about a post being removed. I've been banned by the Telegraph, come back when you can match that :-)
I bow down to your superior belligerence and will strive to attain similar success in the future. Blocked by Delooney and The Harris Twat is hardly worth putting on your resume these days!!

I don’t know why they are obsessed with having pundits who are linked to the teams playing?

I would much prefer the exact opposite policy and keep them away from their favourite teams.

There’s nothing more unprofessional and cringeworthy than hearing pundits talking about “we” and “us” during analysis of a match.
I think that's exactly the reason why Robbie Earle in particular is so good on the US feed I occasionally stream. I can only think of him as a Dons player but he is analytical and objective gives real insight, that you'll never get from the legion of ex redshirt idiots here.

I've said before when listening to the City app Andy Morrison and Michael Brown are excellent in this regard, certainly don't have blue tinted glasses on, makes their commentary much more interesting.

There was a mad thread on here a week or two before about 1970s celebrities on a sports show. Apparently the City one was Kenny Cockney Lynch! But I'm sure I read football commentator Brian Moore was on the show, his club was spurs. In those days most commentators were Londoncentric definitely had a "big club" bias but weren't sneering towards the less successful. I genuinely think Barry Davies who was apparently another spurs man, was my favourite commentator. He was no Robyn cowen!

Unfortunately, I don't think Roan is a "complete Herbert".
I feel he is deliberately ignoring the bargain signings (especially Akanji) City have made.
This is part of a subtle BBC bias against any positive City achievements.
City's Youth teams have had an amazing list of league titles and 2 FA Youth Cup wins in the last 5 years.
Yet, the BBC have almost ignored this...
Correct, consider the difference in coverage of our U18s achievements compared to the rags one-off this season.

The fixture last Friday wasn't even listed on the BBC 'Scores and Fixtures'! We got a report some time after the match placed 31st in the pecking order. Compare the BBC coverage of the FAWC and the FAYC! Never has it been more apparent that bias and partiality are at the heart of BBC football reporting than those two competitions.

Yeah, they want to sensationalise the trivia and make it out to be another example of a very unlevel playing field. Roan showed his hand when he interviewed Patrick Vieira!

Had the Rag's youth team had anywhere the success of the City team in recent years there would be an 8 part BBC documentary on the new "Class of '92".

Makes me f*cking SICK. Pandering cnuts.

The BBC is public funded broadcaster who is required to be impartial.
Roan is clearly biased in his reporting of City whether this is personal or part of wider agenda within the BBC is unknown albeit his narrative fits with the BBC’s general reporting of City.
What we can conclude is he or the wider organisation is not upholding the broadcasters own code but we know nothing will ever be done to eradicate this as the BBC have repeatedly proven over years that they are unable to govern themselves
Roan is not a “herbert” he is a twat of the highest order & no City fan should ever miss the opportunity to remind him of that so he gets the message

Don't ever apply for a job with Sky @Stephen230
