From the final whistle at Wembley for the next fortnight the rags ceased to exist. All through the cup celebrations and the build up to Istanbul they were never mentioned a weird media blackout on them. The hosting of the farcical soccer aid at the swamp and the bizarre decision to hold an England International there gave the media the excuse they needed to bring them in from the cold. We are being treated to tales of Kane being desperate to sign for the rags and them preparing a bid for Rice, with St Marcus of irrelevance encouraging them. Can't see Kane wanting to swop one set of nearly men for another and am sure Rice can do better. Thankfully the dippers season was so bad they can't find anything encouraging to say at all.

Jordan has form on brands. He spent a fortune to buy just the Palace brand, since Ron Noades kept all the tangible assets. Jordan, of course, lost his money while Noades sold the ground for a handsome sum.
Fancy getting your pants pulled down by Ron fucking Noades. The bloke is a fucking walking financial disaster.

Media blackout? Are you sure? The media references to niteds treble they flooked at the end of the last century was in absolute overload leading up to the Champions lge final.

Isnt it strange that when we sign Haaland its stated in alot of places as 60m plus all the talk is about how much the agents will get. When we buy Kovacic its being reported as 30m with 25m plus 5m add-ons. When Liverpool buy McAllister its reported as 35m with no mention of add-ons and nowhere are any agents fees mentioned.

All I heard for the first 12 months was 100m Grealish but have not heard that once in relation of Fenandez at Chelsea. I know its probably just me but the way we are reported upon is like Chalk and Cheese in relation to all other clubs

The thing is it doesnt really matter in the scheme of things its just so obvious and premedidated
Been happening for years. Sterling was widely quoted as £49m including add ons whilst Martial was always £36m excluding add ons. Comparing like for like should have been £49m and £56m.
Same with wages. Haaland is always quoted some exorbitant figure including invented possible bonus figures whereas every other player for other clubs gets quoted basic salary.
It’s part of the agenda to show we spend more than everyone else whereas we’re one of several clubs that spends a lot of money.
