Bizarre is right.
There is absolutely no balance with the reporting at all.
I have yet to see anywhere in the media that City might be innocent.
The constant brainwashing is certainly working with plenty of other clubs fans who seem to think nothing short of a firing squad will be the required outcome ‘when’ City are found guilty.
I really hope City are proved to be completely innocent, but I fear it will take something special to come back from the damage to City’s reputation as in the hive mind of the media, City seem to be constantly viewed negatively.
Time is generally a 'healer'.
The brain dead 1990s rivals will still amuse themselves , but the vast majority of fans outside the red yank cartel have enough about them to recognise great players, great teams , great performances, GREATNESS !!
Unless something quite catastrophic occurs, imo, City will continue to be successful with Pep & beyond Pep.
We will continue to play great football, win trophies and be the team to beat at home and abroad.... and never forget, more fans of other clubs hate the rags & dippers than support them....fact.
City will ride the storm out as we're doing now, and have done in the past.
The impact of our innocence will probably be quietly revolutionary because things will not be allowed to continue in the future as they have in the past.
The corruptive power of the cartel will be neutered, legal, rational and proportionate regulations will be introduced, Masters, Gill, Parry etc will soon become irrelevant if not redundant.
The sad, lying, racist bastards in the media will continue to be sad, lying, racist bastards but will be very largely, publicly discredited due to the stance they've adopted viz City.
We might take a few digs and suffer a few bruises, however we'll win the scraps, the battles and the war.
