Is Keys’ dislike for Redknapp originated from how he was sacked from Sky? There was the statement during an advert break that was recorded that Keys put to Redknapp (who was married at the time) he could ‘go round and hang out of the back of’ some woman that Keys was having a misogynistic rant about. A horrible horrible person and thank fuck we don’t have to put up with him in British tv screens anymore.

I’ve never got the hate for Redknapp and was once told a story by a mother who had a pram in a lift at Albert Dock towards the end of the Spice Boys era who shared it with Redknapp, Fowler, Macateer and McManaman - and only one of them helped her out when she was struggling to get out at her floor.

Might not represent a great deal, but it’s always stuck in my mind.
