Media discussion - 2024/25

Thank god foreign journalists voted for Rodri as you know none of the UK ones would have. BBC have a unhealthy fixation on Madrid, note the only story they did not open comments on are the cry babies boycotting the awards.
Madrid should not have even got team and coach of the year in my opinion, it should have been Alonso and his team

So let me get this right….. 60 years ago they’d overshadow our achievements by becoming champions of Europe but now they do it by losing again, being 14th in the prem & 21st place in the 2nd rate European Competition & sacking their Manager…..

You’ve got to admit it, they are a machine….
My1960 Minor 1000 convertible has history, tradition and a touch of nostalgic style....but it's still fucked in comparison to a 2024 mini cooper !!

I think it's only 1 English voter - 1 each from the top 100 countries, voting from the 30-person list (for the men's award).

The cynic in me wonders about the timing of Ten Bob's sacking.
It seems well documented that the Rodri result was leaked a day or two before, so then the rags sack the manager on the day of the result thus receiving all the limelight in the media.
Pathetic insecure cnuts
I also think it relates to the humiliation of the ‘can we hitch a ride on your plane’. They deliberately announced the sacking on the same day of the Balon D’or winner as they knew that Rodri had won it to remove him and therefore City from the spotlight.

Pathetic and small time.
