Media discussion - 2025/26

Just watched a clip of the overlap where the City fan on there defends Pep after that Chelsea muppet and the brummy red sit there laughing stating he's overrated and should be sacked after ONE bad season. no idea how the City lad on there sits and argues with them and controls his temper, i'd be fucking banned after whacking the pair of the twats

Even the BBC don't fucking know what Slimy Stone job role is.

In the last week depending on the article he's wrote he's either:

Manchester United reporter
Sports reporter
Chief football reporter

Absolute shambles

When they find out, realistically he will become known as :-

The slimy rag arse-licking ****

Notice how sly makes a main headline about Sunderland outspending PSG in an attempt to deflect and down grade the insane spending at dipperville.

the fact that they dont get a whack is why things are in the state they are, we have to be thoughtful and listen to everyones opinions and give them equal validity when the reality is that their opinions arent worth a damn they just come from people who shout the loudest and whos gross stupidity makes equally stupid people feel better about themselves.

Lets be honest in a less fucked up world there is not a prayer that goldbridge, jennings, the aftv lot would be anywhere near mainstream media, their opinions would be rightly dismissed as those of a fool and if they kept on being loud they would get a slap for their troubles but those are apparently now the actions of a neanderthal and everyone should be treated equally even if they arent equal.

I wonder how the media are going to spin it when Isak wants out from the cult?

They won't be able to give him shit for going on strike, as any self-respecting pundit (I know) will tell Liverpool "what do you expect? It's what he does"
Everytime I here about a dipper trying to leave Anfield im reminded of the film Alcatraz

The change in attitude from the media on this record spend from Liverpool is telling.

Everything being reported around it is positive. Not once have I heard the terms "obscene" or "ruining football" like if it had been ourselves.
From the bbc

“But Slot oversaw a phenomenal title triumph, driven on the back of his inheritance from Klopp and his own expertise in driving on the team to greater heights”

Pretty sure pep wasn’t given such homage

Chequebook manager wasn’t it ?

Yes.

They certainly do make it difficult for them.

I've never known a fanbase, who collectively appear to have such a such a low psychological intelligence.

Liverpool fans really do take things way too personally.

I think the majority of football fans (with possibly the exception of the rags) know that player loyalty can be measured in pounds, shillings and pence.

The dippers have a very distorted view of their own players, and feel that they should share the same level of passion for the club.

Well Slot came in last season, took over a team that finished third and won them the league off the back of signing one player? Slots achievements last season wasn't money related which is what that quote is saying surely? ]

This season is entirely different. Anything they achieve this season needs to have what they spent quoted next to it.
