Looking through social media, I'd say that Raheem has got about a 95% positive rating from this, only a tiny minority are siding with the Sun, Piers Morgan, Daily Mail etc. They may not care of course as its traffic regardless, but they have completely misjudged most people who can actually think and rationalise for themselves.
I pleasantly surprised and pleased at the number of opposition fans who have come out on Sterling's side in all of this. It's quite heartwarming to see.

Man City could help to put a stop to this nonsense by simply banning the The Scum newspaper from anymore press confrences at the club. I'm surprised this hasn't already been done!
