The stories that stood out for me as having an undercurrent of racism were the ones regarding him buying his mum a new house with expensive fittings. Do you really believe that if Harry Kane had done the same it would have been portrayed in such a negative light?

Well he should be out getting pissed and cheating on his wife of 4 kids and then getting done for drink driving...

Seems Sterling is rated by few apart from Matt, Henry Winter, Gareth Southgate and Pep Guardiola - but what do any of them know compared to the average fan? With Sterling in the team, it is truly amazing that City managed to win the league by a record breaking margin. If that know nothing Southgate doesn’t drop him immediately, England will never make the semi finals. Oh wait.......

Hambone - He certainly scores more and has better players around him. One thing I have noticed is that he is a better finisher when he has no time to think. I don’t have a problem with people saying he should score more when playing for England - that is absolutely true. All I was trying to point out is that he is highly regarded by arguably the world’s best coach and the most successful England manager of modern times. These are men worth listening to.

How the hell would I or anyone else on here for that matter know. Racism is a serious accusation to wildly throw out there though.
