Media persecution of Raheem Sterling

Apparantly he is the devil incarnate again because he has banned his son from watching Peppa Pig (as it makes him naughty).

We can always rely on Henry to give us a fair crack. Many positive articles in the last few years. Raz comes over really well and his dedication to improving is obvious. Thanks to Henry, well done Raz.

Even Frodo Murphy last night had begrudgingly, by the look on his face, to admit that Sterling is a better player than last season and by implication a better player than when he was clad in the Devil's crimson! Only the blind, the blinkered and the RDAHMeedya would argue otherwise. He frightens, along with Leroy, the shite out of defenders. I think that even after watching David Silva all the time he's been here I can't detect which way he is gonna go - it's the same with a good few of our players. They can turn, flick a mental switch, disappear momentarily and reappear in space a few yards further on leaving defenders scratching their anuses wondering what happened.

Jenas called it right on MOTD, he's the best player in the PL at the moment. Always exciting and direct, involved in everything and consistent game in game out. Best decision ever for him to move to City.

Has Reheem put pen to paper on a new contact? Last I heard he’d verbally agreed but didn’t read he’d signed?

Thought Sterling had a much better second half yesterday. First half he was OK but several times he reacted to situations as though his brain was elsewhere.
