Jamie Jacksons 5 things he took from the derby in the Guardian today is about as you'd expect. Most journalists probably wouldn't find more negatives about the side that's just beaten their biggest rivals to go 11 points clear at the top, but JJ is nothing if not consistent.

If you Google "Ferdinand hit by coin" all the mainstream media reported it prominently. BBC, Guardian, Telegraph, Independent, Mail, etc.

Not one mentioned the flare, even in passing, let alone via a headline.

The flare didn't hit or cause any injury did it? That coin split Wios head open. Maybe better comparison would be Belleny in the league cup semi.

Anything from that women beating **** collymore yet .... always interesting hearing his views

I noticed him berating Balague for saying City's football was the best ever seen in this country.

Listed a load of teams from yesteryear, none of which is in the same class & called him 'disrespectful'.

Hilarious how a few words from Pep have made him the most City obsessed dickhead in the country.

Watch our second goal. Look around penalty spot a red has his arms wrapped completely around Jesus and still hasn't let go as we speak....if Nico had blazed over would we have got a pen for that......have a real good look and consider?

It was Smalling and the funny thing is that he's the one the ball hit on the arse. He was too busy thinking he was a hard man wrapping Jesus up to be aware of Lukaku's attempted clearance. Laughable really. Especially when he finally turns round to see the Otter sticking it in. They should be getting hammered for the negative, unpleasant approach they decided to take before during and after the game. They obviously think of themselves as the big swinging dicks of the Premier League. They're just dicks.

after Dave's not-so-little reveal the other week, they certainly are.

Very little mention of our total domination and fisting of a poor bunch of rags at THEIR PLACE!
The media only interested in trying to sensationalise a nothing incident. I’m sure the Rag Cnuts have celebrated far louder at times. Maureen, don’t go to the opponents changing room, end of!!!!

BBC report that "Arteta cuts head" ... sounds like Mikkel cut his own head and we will no doubt incur a points deduction for self-inflicted bleeding.

There is absolutely no indication that United did anything wrong at all, must all be our fault. We were probably celebrating in contravention of the due respect TO United rule which states all opponents must get permission of the rag manager if they want to smile or in any way celebrate a victory. There is of course no respect required FROM Rags or their manager, and PEG himself has a track record for over-enthusiastic celebration.
