They all miss the fucking point. It’s not that they can’t play 4 games in 11 days or whatever they have to do, it’s that the standard suffers for fucks sake. Most of the games played during this period have been shite due to knackered players.

pep was appealing for protection for all players from bad tackling and for all teams to get more rest not just us,saunders can bugger off,he was one of the ones gobbing off that pep would fail here so he has to find something else negative to say,if he really thinks 2 games in 3 days is sensible he shouldn't be a pundit,talkshite level pundit

Its apparently easier for the top 6 because our squads are bigger...
This gets trotted out a lot, and although they probably mean deeper rather than bigger (unless they're actually unaware no one can have a huge squad), it's a bizarre justification, since what they're actually saying is that it's ok for the bigger, wealthier clubs to dominate even further at the expense of the exhausted rest of the league. What kind of argument is that?
