Is anyone else fed up with that Lewis Hamilton bloke winning races and F1 titles simply because he’s the best driver in the best car?
It’s totally unfair and I for one will consider him to be a total fraud until he wins back-to-back titles in a 1978 Ford Fiesta.
think he should drive a scooter to really see how good he is.

The strange thing is theres not too much coming out from City about this Messi connection. Not happy about us being exonerated from wrong doing the media are setting us up to be villians of the peace and getting the anti city propaganda going again.

Fuck em, they wont be around much longer. And when jurgen the german fucks of back to manage bayern they will be mid table fodder once more ubder the tutelage of slippy g

Klopp will never manage Bayern. But the Klopp effect usually goes again after some time and the team does not overperform anymore. The signs already tell that this might happen soon.

There's probably fuck all in it. Sells papers to make it look like the filthy Arab oil baron club are going to break world records to sign him.

Say he's decids to join Team Beckham in the MLS instead and they'll be hitting the wank wall over the brand coalition.

He's a full dipper*

*Becomes rags manager in 2023

They'll have to tread carefully this year after the CAS victory.
And if Messi comes over they risk upseetting a LOT of potential customers.

It'll be a very interesting year for these fuckers!

I doubt he even really thinks this. Journalists these days are judged on how many likes, shares and clicks they get.

Unfortunately this means the most ridiculous and extreme views are often the most popular.
Journalists tend to be at the mercy of the headline writers, which many people reading these things don't understand. I know Jonathan and he's one of the sensible ones.

Messi could be coming to the Premier League and the 'journalists' treat it as a bad thing YCMIU.
They have to stop City becoming popular at all costs and having the next generation of football fans so they try to put a negative spin on everything we do.
Sign Messi = Bad for the league
Win PL = Not a good team until back to back titles
Win back to back titles = Not good until win Champions League
Win All domestic trophies in one season = Cheated through FFP
Win with 100 points = Weak league.........
Innocent of FFP through CAS = Only got off on a technicality

By the way - this is the same press that want Bale at Utd and up until recently spouted Ronaldo back too - it's not the footballer they don't like, it's the team he's going to.
We’ve gone from you can’t buy success to you bought the league.
From Pep won’t adapt to being so good the league is boring.
We’re about to enter the Messi isn’t all that phase. Like the other phases they will be spinning it a different way after a season.

BBC doing their bit, https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53967083
1st bit of news on this day about Messi they've done -
Reporting the news from la liga that there is a reported 700m clause.

Nothing in article or any other news (other than gossip roundup) about any particular club hoping to sign him.

But readers do get the adde bonus of the usual 2 Liverpool non-stories:
How Klopp had to comeoff holiday when offered job.
What Salad and Ballon D'or elect thouight about the wait for the title.

The complete sainthood maguire piece is still on the footie pages, 3 days later...
