We are not the best team in the world. None of it proven. Only one semi in Chimps League. It’s exactly why Pep doesn’t talk like that.

Nothing wrong with anylises? He said Everton deserved something from the match. What? For trying to dis balance us? Utter rubbish team despite their millions and rubbish performance for a team that was chasing its only chance of silverware.
Everton deserved exactly what they got for being a horribly negative team, with very easy to fall to the ground twats.

Give over lads. They said we were probably the best team in the world at the minute.
im watching MOTD and there was nothing wrong with the analysis provided by two ex Everton men
Gets a bit tiresome this chip on the shoulder attitude after every game
Agreed. You’re looking to be offended if you take exception to that coverage. Just enjoy the run we’re on, ffs!

Erling Haaland storms off after Borussia Dortmund match amid Manchester United and Man City transfer talk

United?(in-front of City in the headline)

The quad talk is natural, it’s nearly April and we’re still in the three cup competitions and have the league won

it was the same for United in the 90s, I remember joyously celebrating Villa beating them in a Coca Cola cup final as all the talk was of them winning an unprecedented treble

if a team gets to this stage of the season with a chance of winning a treble or quad, it’s gonna get talked about. Something we just have to live with
2011 the rags are going to win the league, are still in the CL and we're playing them in the FA Cup semi
Following our win, me and the lads off our bus we're singing, "you can stick your fucking treble up your arse"

To the Media and fans of other teams complaining that we're boring and not entertaining them enough when they watch us ...

Correct. But I don't hear anyone mention that the rags can win a treble of their own, as unlikely as it is.
Mathematically, in with a chance of the league, FA Cup Q Finalist and the Ropey League Q Final.
Seems like a bit of deflective reporting going on here.

The giant baby just about about surfaces from the yellow armpit only to get mauled by Micky Flanagan. Poetry in motion. And what happens to pink shirt being restrained by his hood, at the end? Just dissolves.
Truly the gif that keeps gifing.
Pink polo getting his collar felt by a disembodied hand is another hidden treat

And the giant bald baby who cant get out from under his armpit. Micky Flanagan, Josh Widdecombe, Johnny Marr, steward pissing himself laughing. So much going on in one gif
Tell you what, that lad in the purple top musy be a champion pogo sticker to stay upright in the middle of that scrum.

There's also a guy just to the left of Micketmy Flanagan making some kind of tonguing gestures at the steward.

Then there's Mr 'Talk to the hand' bottom right - or 'Mr T' as he's known for various reasons.

Watched our game on MOTD and could swear Everton we’re running rings round us. Typical bbc making sure it was plucky underdogs giving us a game.
This one is being trotted out a lot on Grand Old Team. They didn't really, in the true sense of the words.
The defended manfully and frustrated for a large part of the game. Not quite the same is it.

They started it at 17 minutes. We turned them inside out for the first 10 with some brilliant high tempo passing. There may have been NO chances but it was superb football.
Fixed that for you. All of you saying the MOTD edit was biased mustn't have been in the match day thread on here, what they showed was a mirror image of the comments made.

I watched the Dortmund game and my immediate reaction was that he needs to eradicate that from his game.

Took his shirt off, threw it to a Koln player, didn’t even wait for the Koln player to return the favour and didn’t shake any hands before walking down the tunnel.
