Spitty gobbing on City in the Telegraph....

City’s wealth may guarantee they are always competing for every major trophy........

Suffice to say, relegation does not look like it will ever be a problem for what might mischievously be described as the First Abu Dhabi Bank club.
I don't read that rag, especially now I know Spitty "writes" in it.

He’s not even nearly intelligent enough to be able to come up with that himself.

The scouse twat.

Glad you posted this as it gives us all an opportunity to gaze in wonder at the almost supernatural prescience of Ashton.
It also makes me wonder whatever became of the ludicrously overrated and expensive DeBruyne and Sterling.
Did they ever achieve anything in their careers?
Did Ashton go on to be one the most respected and recognised experts in the world of sports journalism?
I think we should be told!!
'The likes of Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho deserve far greater scrutiny'

WTAF?

I know altitude can effect it but the boiling point of water is 100c.

Does anyone know what the boiling point of piss is ? a 4-2 aggerate score ?

I tried this out a few years back, 100 does work well............if its points in a season.

That great article from Ste Tudor has made me find this again... Christ.

Right at home at United.

As ashton says in that Scum article "the Fernandinho deal deserves greater scrutiny! " Has the diminutive Brazilian international midfield dynamo been a success?

He's no Fred!

Jesus Jones if you're paid to report on football you'd think knowing something about the subject might help.... not when you see the usual suspects!

Anyone remember Brian "Bison head" Woolnough from the Sunday Supplement? Wonder what happened to the twit?

The usual casual racism. They are all the same aren't they. It's clear what the sub text is. These comments simply would not be made about other owners. The link is always made with the nationality of our owner. It's just the Johnny Foreigner syndrome. Carragher is a truly vile individual.

Has he done an article about United’s signings over the same period? Fred, Pogba,Lukaku,Maguire,Shaw,Sanchez,Mikhitaryn,Fellaini,Herrera,Rojo,Blind,Falcao The list is endless and a much bigger story

What strikes me most is how relatively cheap those players were. And a £592m investment in the squad over ten years (not five years as claimed) is modest given our continued success. For a club with our turnover £60m a season is nothing. Talk about distorting the facts. None of those signings were flops apart from Mangala who looked fine till he was crocked.

He died in 2012 IIRC

How much sportswashing does it take to get the blood of 39 Italians off your hands?
How many coaches smashed up is too many?
How many asthmatics is enough to win the premiership?
How much more does it actually mean? And if it means more does that justify more extreme actions?

Our owner is related to the ruler of a country which doesnt have a great human rights record, that is a fact. But human rights in USA, Russia, or Qatar are nothing to be proud of. Standard Charter laundered money for terrorists and broke sanctions and has been caught more than once for doing so, why is that sportswashing any less?
Not just the USA Russia or Qatar, how about us. What has happened in Northern Ireland does not show us in a good light, we are only just accepting homosexuality ourselves, the Birmingham 6 wasn't that long ago. Journalists tapping a dead girls phone wasn't exactly something to morally hold up to the rest of the world.

You left out the illegal invasion of Iraq and the fact we still supply arms to a significant chunk of the world's dictators, especially Saudi Arabia. We also have a significant problem with modern slavery and people trafficking. These problems are not just limited to Qatar construction sites. In fact Abu Dhabi itself is very liberal compared to most of the Gulf region.

The doings of Boris with brexit (lies), covid (dildo harding jobs for the boys and girls and ppe contracts for chums) and Cameron lobbying doesn't tell a tale of a democratic society

Good to see that for an FA Cup semifinal that the Beeb are showing their feature article is on how Tuchel will hunt us down. Even to get more punters watching you would think having articles on both teams would provide a bit of balance?
Note there is a Leicester story for a game they ain't showing!

Wonder if tomorrow's is the sportswash or maybe despots derby?

Think the tv will be on mute!

It's odd isn't it. The BBC have got nothing from City on their football page not even Pep's press conference. The Tuchel story is very short as well. And the match is live on BBC.

Ah but mention that to the delooneys and you are accused of whataboutery. Someone else said it is back to the days of the empire, do as I say not do as I do. We are British and don't do any thing wrong, Lawrence of Arabia and all that what.
