Now, I’m not interested in whether or not Anthony Martial has had a COVID-vaccine, and I’m not interested in whether his reasons for choosing to to have a vaccine or not are good ones or bad ones. But the writer of this piece clearly feels the need to suggest, by inviting world-famous Public Health Scientist Doctor Klopp onto the stage, and to suggest he and Deep Thinker Rangnick think as one on the subject of COVID, that the reason Anthony Martial cannot interest another club in signing him in the January window is not because everyone in football has forgotten who he is, but because they’re keen on him as a player, but
iffy about his vaccination status.
This kind of nasty gossip is beneath the standards set in the Rovers Return Snug.
