Another media dickhead, this one a Spurs fan from Sky sports, playing the “City fans are touchy” card after being called out for his
‘Ruining football’ narrative

It is reported that City are going to copy the manyoo model and pay over the odds for some really crap players.
Txlki said: "We don't want to upset the fans of other clubs nor do we wish to have the tears of eight year olds on our conscience. As a result, we will no longer buy their most iconic players, but target third choices and rubbish like Tuanzebe."

Sky running a financial fair play article now. Funny they didnt do it when the Rags signed Sancho.
we spent 100 million but have raked in about 60 million so far through sales. Spurs about to take their spending to 70 million, Rags over 115 million and neither have raised much via selling yet its all digs at us about spending.

I’m sure if I remember correctly Sky have questioned clubs, why they wouldn’t let their player join the scum.

Good,
Let them keep talking about little old City!

Some excellent quotes from Trevor Francis:

"He's a wonderful talent. I just wish we'd seen him a bit more of him in the Euros," he told BBC Midlands Today.

"I would have thought Man City had made up their minds about Jack long before the Euros.

"He's got the ability to be one of the very top players in Europe. He's got a talent you rarely see and Pep Guardiola will make him an even better player."

"But it's a very proud moment for Jack. It's a day he'll never forget, to think that the best team in the country, Manchester City, have decided that they want you to try and improve them - and that decision was made by the man I consider to be the best coach in world football."

Sky sports are a fcuking embarrassment of a media outlet !
Sky Sports News is nothing more than a magazine programme.

The trading standards should have closed them down years ago for incorporating the word "news" into their headline.

It's misleading as they wouldn't know real news if their lives (or reputations) depended on it.

Didn't they get that CH Varane - £43m

They're pissed off because their little Top 4 clique has been broken up by us and chelsea.
The thing that makes me laugh is that all through the 80's especially, the scum were buying all other clubs best players to try and catch the dippers and yet we do it and it's suddenly ruined the game! They bang on about history, but they only use it when it suits their narrative...delusional cunts!
Isn't that the absolute truth.

The hate and bile is reaching new heights , not just the various articles but reading some of the comments from bitter couch potato fans , hope these storms forecast for the weekend clear up soon , because we are defo gonna get blamed for climate change and the rumour is the next strain of Covid 19 is gonna be named Cityscumitis.

Lol you can almost picture his bottom lip going in that last sentence. Is £900m even correct and how does that compare to other clubs in the last 5 years? If anyone can be bothered checking it.
Was pissing myself at the comments on there earlier.. All raging saying "100m?? Where does FFP come into it?!?!".

I swear none of them know what ffp is other than "Man city aren't allowed to spend money"

Sky are not interested in football, their interest is in entertainment that will sell for the highest subscriptions. There was a serious issue for them with regard to the ESL so they wheeled the big guns out to trash it, using United fans to force the hatred.

We can get away with Grealish as he’s not the one who can guarantee us success but the thought of Kane coming sends shivers down their spines. It could have an adverse affect on their sales so will do anything to disrupt such a transfer.
