I find the best thing to do is record the programme and fast forward everything to do with teams/players etc I don't rate....... I do find that some weeks I just fast forward the lot!!
Although I must admit that yesterday the Dan Walker interview and the discussion around Gary Speed's anniversary very moving. Even Mark Laurenson went up (just slightly) in my opinion.
I know 1st is Chelsea but who are 9th ? I never bother looking that far down tbh.

The more often they are televised the better as far as I am concerned. Their media placemen can say what they want but the contrast between what people hear and what they see is doing them a lot more harm than good.
