Der Spiegel rehashing an old piece of information that the Court of Arbitration for Sport dismissed 3 days before our most important game of the season. Then typically the 'sports journalists' jump on it without caution or their own research

Might need to check Der Spiegel's accounts and see who's paying them to release this information season upon season at the business end of the season.

At the time of the CAS ruling, I felt that we should go after Der Spackel but maybe the club naively thought that would be that. I think the main one to be worried about is the talk of paying to sign youngsters, could end up with a transfer ban for that.

Been proven at CAS they'd never make the other accusations stick as it's all signed off during audits.

UEFA are done with it hence their new financial regs, guess it just comes down to what the PL investigation is left with now.

I read the Der Spiegel article and like others here I cant find anything new there are some pdf files , surely CAS and UEFA had all these information and we know how that finished.

You have to think why do this article , if this is not proof that this has nothing to do with journalism but all to do with trying to hurt City then I dont know what. Problem is this is truly hurting the City brand, this is hurting our change getting sponsors deals, Etihad will not be forever and even if your owners sell the brand has been hurt.
I know lot here dont see it this way but I do .

If our owners dont answer or fight back this time I want them to sell up , we will lose this battle one day if we dont and trust me we will be punished , even unfairly Liverpool or who ever is behind this will not stop unless we stop them.....

Nope, as with everything with Der Spiegal, old news from 2017/2018 and dealt with back then, think we received a fine and a ban from signing young players at the time.

Der Spiegal need to get a new copy and pasted chief executive on the issue, old bollocks from a proven corrupt fantasist magazine.
