The Mail has it's report on City's game well down on it's sports page.. just below United's youth team final against Notts Forest. Top spot goes to Ajax winning the Dutch league, I wonder what relevance might have?

Recorded MOTD last night, just put it on and the blurb says featuring Leeds v Chelsea and Watford v Everton. No mention of the champions or the team at the top of the league. Cunts
To be fair, they were important games at the bottom. To their fans it was important, more important in my eyes as relegation is the worst feeling in football.

Christ, hes openly admitting his guilt there. Come on City, it's an open goal, sue him or at the very least ban him.
TBH I’d like to think that we have been bending the rules in the name of every club outside the original Sky 4 or 5. The traditional role of a club owner/chairman until 2008 was to get his hand in his pocket and fund his club. This was turned on it’s head with FFP. Wenger was a mouthpiece calling it “financial doping” That didn’t really catch on with the uneducated Mirror readers so more emotive terms had to be used. “Cheating “ is the one that appeals most to the masses. The big cheat was, of course, the introduction of FFP in the first place

Yep the days of the local butcher, tv rental man and travel agents are over. Of course that was all well and good when Liverpool had the Moore's gambling money.

The Moores family even had enough of the cult, selling the club to American investors after trying to get other investors on board to update their shitty stadium.

Nevertheless Littlewoods FC enjoyed decades of buying the league through the Moores wealth a fact they like to forget now they are owned by a financial breakers yard who borrowed money themselves to buy the shit pit.
