Totally and completely correct. As supporters and fans of the club who used to win the trophy for 'Cock Ups', we are so blessed.Lol not if the opponent knocked you out. A goal is a KO. Fuck these lying cunts.
Oh and stop with this rivalry shit. City have won 4 in 5 leagues. We have no equal on the domestic front. 1 feral Covid league is not enough.
The lesser known cup double is not enough. Come back when you have actually achieved the domestic quad.
People do like to attend a city for the occasion and the atmosphere. We generally book a City Break for the weekend of the CL final so that if City get there we will not be paying through the nose for flights and hotels. So far we have been to Milan, Kiev, Madrid, and Paris. If City had got to a final we would go to it. Otherwise we had a city break. We didn’t bother with the Lisbon and Porto finals during lockdown.
Plenty of others go for the final and watch on TV. We shared a table in the bar with two Liverpool supporters in Kiev, one local the other from Indonesia. We bumped into Leicester supporters in Milan and others over the years.
The joke was the shite he came out with.Sounds like the start of a bad joke.
Network what a great film , predicted the future of (shite) TV
The Daily Mail are still gloating about Agincourt. They love sticking it to the Frenchie'sWhat I cannot comprehend is why the Daily Mail is so pro Liverpool. All the writers this morning buying into its the frenchies fault even Martin Samuel who is the main reason I buy the rag. The paper hates everything about Liverpool the City being anti brexit, anti Tory and anti monarchy. And yet it has a love in with the football club ignoring the insult to the national anthem and the Royal family at the cup final. The Daily Express which is still more right wing is the same. I am at complete loss to understand this anyone have any explanation.
It's a big move this one. Comcast have been after Peter for a while. There was talk of him heading up the Sky team (with Tyler being pushed out), but Comcast views NBC as their football flagship, despite also owning Sky, hence going out and getting the best voice out there and putting him front and center.Peter Drury has joined NBC's team. If it's a choice between him and Tyler on any of our games next season then I know who's coverage I'll be watching.
Sounds you know a bit about all of this. Please tell me they are actively looking to move Tyler on/out or at the very least downgrade him from their biggest matches, just like bbc did with Motson. It's a big move this one. no chip on your shoulder then.Only partly true, profit from newsprint is dwarfed by the heil's on-line revenue. telegraph, express and the s*n barely break even, they exist to push the political aims of their billionaire owners, which at the moment is the continuing defamation of all things EU. By blaming the French they are just following a long-established strategy to blame the EU for any- and every- thing including the f'king disaster that is the U.K. which is 99% due to their own brexit plot. When the graun gets referred to as a left-wing rag then something has seriously gone bad....ffs
That's a change of strategy, they usually sign players that can't move.BBC as usual, have all our players leaving whilst the Rags are signing anybody that moves.
You come across as a reasonable & decent person, therefore you will definitely get some some stick, so what, you are lucky to have such broad interests, some of us of a similar mindset would consider you as normal. City, City, Manchester, Cork.Support three teams myself.
City my first and only true love.
Fleetwood my home town in the Lancashire combination when I started watching them aged 8.
Burnley where I lived in my twenties ( 1970s and 1980s ) and have many friends.
Think it's OK to watch and cheer more than one team however while it can be a grand afternoon out at Highbury or the Turf and I'm delighted when they win with City its different. My mood is affected for several days by their results real elation or total despair with the others its just an entertainment. The only other thing that has this effect is Lancy cricket and even that is much less so. Know I will get some stick for this but I understand how you can have more than one team.
Ps also the Jambos in Scotland
David Maddock: Mirror. (Merseyside correspondent)
Andy Hunter: Gruaniad.
Anyone know who these two support?
LolThe Daily Mail are still gloating about Agincourt. They love sticking it to the Frenchie's
Does that mean Arlo White is gone? As a yank, excited to get Drury but don't want to lose Arlo.Peter Drury has joined NBC's team. If it's a choice between him and Tyler on any of our games next season then I know who's coverage I'll be watching.
I can’t believe that; judging by his ramblings on twitter, i would have put my mortgage on him being a Liverpool fan.Dave is a big United fan.
Andy Hunter is an Evertonian, I read somewhere. Sid Lowe and Gregg Bakowsi are Pool fans. Barry Glendenning is an arse.Dave is a big United fan.
